Alejandro Vazquez of West Union Street, Kingston died Saturday, May 21, 2011, surrounded by his family, at home. He was 36. He was born in la Nona Hidalgo, Tehuitzingo, Puebla, Mexico, a son of Miguel and Evelia Mendoza Vazquez. Alejandro married Hilda Hernandez on January 13, 1994 in Margaretville. For 15 years he worked as a self-employed carpenter Alejandro belonged to Jehovah's Witness. Surviving are his wife Hilda Hernandez, one daughter Diana Vazquez at home, two sons Jehu at home, and Daniel Hernandez of Poughkeepsie; his parents of Pennsylvania. Reposing at Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Sunday, May 22nd from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. A discourse will begin at 6:00 p.m. Cremation, in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, will be private.
