Barbara Louise LeBlanc of Route 32A, Catskill died Friday, July 6, 2007 at Benedictine Hospital. She was 68. She was born in Westbrook, Maine on September 17, 1938, a daughter of the late Onezime and Agnes Day Landry. A Westbrook High School graduate, class of '56, she later lived in Virginia for 30 years. She owned and operated 'At Home Kennels' in Culpeper, Virginia. A resident of Coxsackie for 13 years, Mrs. LeBlanc was the proprietor of 'Bed & Chow Pet Lodge' in Coxsackie. She has lived in Catskill for the past year. Surviving are three sons Robert Allen Jones of Portland. Maine, Michael James LeBlanc of Germany and Brian Christopher LeBlanc of Washington, DC; two daughters Bethany Hinkel of Anchorage, Alaska and Stephany Ann LeBlanc-Cleland of Maryland; one brother Edward Landry of Texas; and six grandchildren. A gathering in celebration of Barbara's life will be held on Monday from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston. Deacon Jack Peters will conduct a service at 6:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Columbia - Greene Humane Society / SPCA, 125 Humane Society Rd., Hudson, NY 12534.
