Brian E. Rosscup, 55, of Kingston, died Thursday, February 24, 2022, at his home.
Born in Salem, Oregon, he was a son of the late Franklin & Brenda Vale Rosscup.
He was the owner of Jules Vision Center of Kingston. Brian enjoyed boating and fishing on the Hudson River. He also enjoyed traveling and scuba diving in the Caribbean Islands.
Brian is survived by his companion of over 30 years, Carol Artist of Kingston, three stepchildren, Clifford Artist and his partner Tammy of Tillson, Candy Coon of Kingston and Craig Artist and his wife Samantha of Tivoli, five siblings, Ronald Rosscup of Vancouver, WA, Paul Rosscup and his wife Sandy of Olympia, WA, Michael Rosscup and his wife Kimberly of Newburgh, Brenda Satchell and her husband Greg of Cherry Grove, OR and Kim Sanford of Salem, OR. Brian was pre-deceased by Rene Rodriguez, Martin Rosscup and Eric Dobson. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends at the Simpson-Hammerl Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave on Sunday, March 6, 2022, from 1-3 PM.
A Service of Remembrance will follow at 3:00 PM.
Inurnment will be held privately.
