Christopher P. Penz

Christopher F. Penz of Washington Ave. died Monday, September 11, 2006 at Kingston Hospital. He was 59. He was bornFebruary 17, 1947 in Philadelphia, PA, a son of the late John A. and Dorothy A. Garvey Penz Sr. An area resident for the past 25 yrs., he previously resided in Levittown, PA. Christopher was employed at Pilot Industries in Kingston. He attended the RAH Program and enjoyed all things nautical, including boating, sailing and lighthouses. He was also a train enthusiast. Surviving is his brother, John A. “Tony” Penz Jr. of Kingston and his extended family at Pidone House and Ulster-Greene ARC. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial gathering will take place on Thursday, beginning at 11:00 am at Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston.
