David Barnett

David Barnett, also known as, Yehuda "Jay" Steinberg, 81, of Kingston, died Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at his home. Born in Jerusalem, he was the son of the late Joel & Belle Braverman Steinberg. David was a retired teacher with the New York City School System. He was also a landlord for over 50 years in both Brooklyn and Kingston. He enjoyed going on cruises, reading the newspaper and Architectural & Interior Designs. David is survived by his companion, Ronald Minner of Kingston. A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Montrepose Cemetery at 1:30 PM, with Rabbi Yitzchok Hecht of Congregation Agudas Achim, officiating.
