Dawn N. Decker, 38 of West Shokan died on November 12, 2021 surrounded by her loved ones.
Born in Heidelberg, Germany she was the daughter of Edward Decker & Sharon Hart.
Dawn is survived by daughter Shelby O’Donnel of West Shokan, her mother Sharon Hart, of NC, her brother Daniel Decker, of NC, Her boyfriend Michael Johns, His Children Mickey, Georgia and Ari and her best friend Alyx Mitchell and her fiancé Paul O’Donnel, of West Shokan. Dawn is also survived by her niece Lydia and many loving cousins.
In addition to her father Edward, Dawn is predeceased by her grandmother Joan Hart who she adored.
A memorial gathering will be held at Simpson-Hammerl Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave on Friday November 19, 2021 from 2 to 5 PM.
The family request that in lieu of flower arraignments that only potted flowers be given so they may be planted for her memory to live on.
