Edward Schmidt

Edward Schmidt of clinton Avenue died Sunday, March 5, 2006 at his home. He was 51. He was born April 24, 1954 in the Bronx, the son of Rita Wenger Cinque and the late Edward D. Schmidt. Mr. Schmidt was a self-employed carpenter. He enjoyed drawing, and especially enjoyed his work as a tatto artist. His wife Jeanna Linnartz Schmidt died August 9, 2003. Surviving in addition to his mother of Flushing are two sisters, Carolyn Travis of Las Vegas, NV and Debora Traynor of Woodlawn and his children, Katrina, Robert and Edward Jr. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 3 - 8 pm with a funeral service to be conducted at 4:00 pm by Deacon Jack Peters.
