Eleanor Mayone Bellio

December 8, 1929 — October 16, 2008

Eleanor C. Bellio of Jefferson Avenue, Kingston died Thursday, October 16, 2008 at Golden Hill Health Care Center. She was 78. A native and lifelong Kingston resident, she was born December 8, 1929, a daughter of the late John J. and Catherine Sottile Mayone. A graduate of Kingston High School, she attneded Moran's School of Business. For many years Mrs. Bellio worked at Canfield Supply Co. She retired from the Children's Community Rehabilitation Center, Lake Katrine. Her husband Anthony J. Bellio died July 20, 1988. One sister Marie Tomlinson and one brother John Ray Mayone, both died previously. Surviving are her daughter Joanne Capolongo of Kingston; one sister Gloria O'Rourke of Kingston; many nieces and nephews. Reposing at the Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral procession will form on Monday at 9:15 a.m. from the fuenral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Rehabilitation Center, PO Box 1488, Kingston, NY 12402.
