Frances Virelli

Frances L. Virelli, 74, of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Kingston, died August 20, 2014 at Life Care Center at Tucson. Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late Saguando & Lucille Hauk Saavedra. Frances graduated from Morris High School, Bronx in 1958. She worked for the Department of Social Services in New York City, then worked for the department parole services and finally for the Eastern and Ulster Correctional Facilities. Frances enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening, reading and music. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Louis Virelli, whom she married on January 12, 1963, a daughter, Linda Virelli Gucker of Tucson, AZ, a brother, Richard Saavedra of Westchester and two grandchildren, Peter & Patricia. Frances was predeceased by a daughter, Natalie Virelli. Funeral Services and interment will be private.
