Harold Breuer

Harold Breuer, 85, of Kingston, died Friday, December 8, 2017 at Serenity Gardens in Rockville, MD. Born in Brooklyn, he was a son of the late Louis & Sara Breuer. Harold was a veteran of the US Army, having served during the Korean Conflict. He was an electrical engineer and a computer programmer for IBM and a member of the Quarter Century Club. Harold was also a member of Congregation Emanuel and past president of the Temple Emanuel Brotherhood. Harold is survived by his three children, Lawrence Breuer and his wife, Maria of Mosier, Oregon, Michael Breuer and his wife, Dawn of Kingston and Nora Soroka and her husband, David of Rockville, MD, a brother, Robert Breuer of NY, NY. Six grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive. The Funeral Service and interment for Harold will be privately held. The family requests that memorial donations be made to Congregation Emanuel, 243 Albany Ave. Kingston, NY 12401.
