Hermine Pleshette

Hermine Pleshette, of Commons Drive, Lake Katrine died Monday, October 10, 2005 at TenBroeck Commons Nursing Home. She was 66. She was born on April 3, 1939, a daughter of the late Norman and Ruth Wallach Mindlin. A former resident of White Plains and Rye Brook, Mrs. Pleshette worked as an office manager at her husband's medical practice in Jackson Heights. Formerly of Sunshine and Margate, Florida, Mrs. Pleshette moved to this area in 1998. She was an active member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Her husband, Dr. Michael Pleshette and her sister Andrea Zawiski both died previously. Surviving are two daughters Stephanne Pleshette and her husband Blair Goodman of Woodstock and Elizabeth Pleshette and her husband Josh Teweles; two grandchildren Eleanor and Sophie; and two step grandchildren Rachel and Neil Goodman. A memorial service will be conducted at the Woodstock Jewish Congregation, 1293 Route 212, Saugerties, on Sunday at 3:00 PM, Rabbi Jonathan Kligler will officate.
