John Henry Fisher

Mr. John "Jack" Henry Fisher, 69, formerly of Kingston, died May 8, 2011 at Hospice Home at High Point, NC. Jack was born in Kingston, a son to the late Joseph and Florence Brazee Fisher. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He worked at Dyno Nobel, Iron Mountain and previously owned "The King of Carts." In 2005 he married the former Sharon Kovesdy and moved to North Carolina. Beloved husband of Sharon Fisher, loving father of J.J., Mark, Jaimie, Christopher and Joanna; brother of Robert and Joseph, Vivian Brown, Mary Lou Stopczynski and the late Cathy Keating and Joan Kozlowski. A gathering of family and friends will be conducted on Thursday from 6:00 8:00 p.m. at Simpson Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. At 7:30 p.m. Rev. Charles Stickley will conduct a Memorial Service.
