Joseph Skip Aiello

Joseph T. 'Skip' Aiello, of East Chester Street died December 31, 2004 at his home. He was 61. A native and lifelong Kingston resident, Skip was born January 25, 1943, the son of the late Joseph F. and Jennie L. Davi Aiello. He married Susan Morello on May 22, 1966. For 16 years Skip worked at I.B.M. in Kingston and Poughkeepsie. He retired in 1996. A sports enthusiast, for many years he bartended part time at Wiltwyck Golf Club and the former Kaares Roadhouse, Kingston. He was a parishioner of St. Colman's Church, East Kingston. Surviving in addition to his wife of 38 years is one son Joseph M. Aiello and his beloved wife Anne-Marie, a cherished granddaughter Danielle from Laurel, MD; his father in law and mother in law Frank and Mary Morello of Kingston; his brother in law Gene Morello and his wife Paula, and their children Jessica and Michael Morello of Hillsborough, NJ. Godchildren, aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of which he loved, also survive. Reposing at Simpson - Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Sunday 7-9 and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral will be Tuesday at 9:00 AM from the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Colman's Church at 10:00 AM. Entombment will be in the Wiltwyck Community Mausoleum.
