Mary K. Bailey

Mary K. Bailey of Murphy Rd., Orchard Park, NY died Monday, April 19, 2010 at St. Francis Nursing Home in Williamsville. She was 93. She was born in Lansing, NY, a daughter of the late Joseph and Susan Seaman Kinney. A registered nurse, she served in the army from 1942-1946. She later worked for many years at Millard Fillmore Hospital in Buffalo and as a school nurse. She attended the Orchard Park Presbyterian Church. Her husband, Harry F. Bailey and a sister, Marjorie Bailey died previously. Surviving are a son, John C. Bailey and his wife, Nancy, a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Bailey both of Orchard Park, a step-daughter, Carol Bailey Geary and her husband, Paul of Kingston; two sisters, Karlyne Marsteiner and Doris Brownell both of Lyons. Four grandsons, Timothy Geary and his wife Erin, Christopher Geary, Colin K. Bailey, Ehren K. Bailey; two great-grandchildren, Daniel and Nora Geary. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Reposing at the F.E. Brown Sons Funeral Home, 6575 East Quaker St., Orchard Park on Friday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 PM. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, 11 AM at the Orchard Park Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Orchard Park.
