Olaf Demand

Olaf (Skip) Demand, 82, of Kingston died peacefully on Saturday September 25, 2021 at his home.

Born in Kassel, Germany he was the son to the late Kurt and Gertrude Demand.

Olaf is survived by his wife of 22 years Linda Demand, of Kingston, 4 children, Carol Lasagni and her husband Edward, of Saugerties, Kurt Demand and his wife Teresa, of Tennessee, Diane Demand, and Michael Demand. He was the step father to John Hasbrouck and his wife Martha, of Troy, and Michael Hasbrouck and his wife Necole, of Port Ewen, 8 grandchildren, Sarah, Jennifer, Justin, Jessica, Kaylee, Ashley, Austin and Avery.

In addition to his parents. Olaf is predeceased by a granddaughter Chandel Demand.

A graveside service will be held at Wiltwyck Cemetery on October 9th, 2021 at 10AM.
