Owen Simon Gerson

Owen Simon Gerson of Playhouse Lane, Woodstock died Sunday, July 27, 2008 in Utah. He was 8. He was born October 16, 1999, a son of Stephane Alexandre and Alison Block Gerson. Surviving in addition to his parents, are his brother Julian Gerson, maternal grandparents Gus and Dottie Block of San Antonio, TX, Gay S. Block and Rabbi Malka Drucker of Santa Fe, NM; paternal grandparents Francine and Bernard Gerson of Brussels, Belgium; his great grandmother Sophie Warchiwker of Brussels, Belgium; aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at the Woodstock Jewish Congregation, 1682 Glasco Turnpike, Woodstock on Thursday at 3:00 PM. Rabbi Jonathan Kligler will officiate. Interment will be in Woodstock Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Owen Gerson Memorial Fund at: www.JewishCommunalFund.org. Shiva will be observed at the residence after the funeral and Saturday - Tuesday from 6:00 PM.
