Our grandather had a dream. A dream that all his children and his grandchildren would be brought up together. So there we were, in 4 houses on Cedar Street. First came Johnny, then Kathy, number three was Sissy, a year later Aunt Janet had Mike, and a week later I (Colleen) was born. Thirteen months after me was our precious Mary. You see, Poppy had a dream, and because of his dream 14 little kids grew up knowing, loving, fighting, and laughing with each other. Sis and I talked about this ALOT, how lucky we are to have each other all our lives. Sissy, what a kind, warm, loving woman. She would give you anything, she was a wonderful friend to all. If she loved you, she would let you know. It you stepped out of line, she would let you that too! Sissy didn't have children of her own, but from here I can see a ton of people she adopted. A gourmet cook, who else would make steak braciole for one? Sissy was a woman you could count on. She was there when you needed her. She would listen to you all day long, but if you wanted her opinion... GET READY... because you're gonna get it! Like it or not! Sis, you know we love you and we know you loved us back. You're with some gang now... give them our love. Sissy would not want us to sit around and cry. She wants us to celebrate her life. So please, when you think of our girl, our Sis, say a prayer... do something nice for someone else. ... and smile! I love you Sis, my older sister. I'll see you someday, Love, Colleen
