Stefany Gehsner

Stefany Gehsner of DeWitt Mills Road died Sunday, May 15, 2005 at Kingston Hospital. She was 97. She was born January 3, 1908 in Gottschee, Austria, a daughter of the late Frank and Maria Hoenigman Peteln. For over 20 years, she was employed by the advertising firm, Direct Mail in New York City. She retired in 1965. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church and the Hurley Senior Citizens and the Ulster County ASPCA. Her husband, Henry E. Gehsner died October 6, 1980. Reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave., Kingston on Wednesday from 10:00 to 12:00 noon at which time a funeral service will be conducted by Deacon Jack Peters.
