Walter Carter

Walter Carter of Fair Street, Kingston died January 29, 2009 at Westchester County Medical Center. He was 48. He was born in New York City on April 9, 1960, a son of Georgetta McQuarters Carter and the late James Carter. An area resident for 10 years he worked as a carpenter. Surviving are his mother of New York City, one brother and many dear friends. His funeral was private. Cremation was in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
