Charles "Charlie" Forman, 78, of Kingston, died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus.
Born in New York City, Charlie enjoyed quiet moments, eating and watching TV. He was very youthful looking for his age. At Palmer House, he was the "mayor of the room".
Charlie will be missed by his Ulster-Greene ARC family along with the staff at 32A.
A Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday, April 7, 2014 at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave at 12:00 noon.
Interment will follow in Montrepose Cemetery.
