John E. Recor, 82, of Kingston, died unexpectedly Monday January 24, 2022 at his home in Kingston.
Born in Wilna, NY. He was the son of the late William Recor & Katherine Barnett.
He was a Vietnam Veteran he did two tours and was a Purple Heart recipient.
John is survived by his partner of many years Marsha Vincent. John is also survived by his Daughter Diane and Son Scott Recor and a number of nieces and nephews, Katy Temple, Timothy Temple, Robert Dumont, Timothy Dumont, Arlene Dumont Temple, Bill Recor, Bob Recor, Bobby Dumont John Dumont, Michael Dumont, June and Dick Miller sister and Brother in law.
John is predeceased by both parents Katherine Barnett and William Recor and numerous brothers and sisters.
A graveside service will be held for John at the New Paltz Rural Cemetery Veterans Section, 81 Plains Rd, New Paltz, on
Monday February 7, 2022 at 11AM.
