Mary Alice Mark, 69, of Woodstock, died Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
Born in Lyndhurst, NJ, daughter of the late Ralph & Alice Croghan Brown.
She dedicated her life to the pursuit of love, peace and silliness. Writing plays for social change and actively involved in many communities; inspiring folks to find their voice. She will be sorely missed.
Mary Alice is survived by three children, Laurel, Sperling and Jonquil Mark. Three grandchildren, Jaco, Jonathan, Chloe. A brother Ralph M. Brown and his wife Carol of Tallahassee, FL also survive.
Funeral Service and Interment will be held privately.
Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave is honored to assist the family with the arrangements.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Royal Lancer Band Parents Association.
