Mary DiMicco

Mary DiMicco, 90, a lifelong resident of Kingston, died Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. Born in Kingston, she was a daughter of the late Michael & Angelina Jordan DeCicco. Mary worked at IBM in the Quality Control department for over 30 years before retiring in 1987. She was a member of the IBM Quarter Century Club and a parishioner of St. Mary's Church. Mary is survived by her husband of 67 years, Louis DiMicco of Kingston, whom she married on September 19, 1948, a sister, Teresa Melnik and her husband Stanley of Kingston. Many nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her five sisters, Rose Arace, Lena DiMicco, Margaret Candello, Florence Heaney, Laura Brown. Mary will be reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave on Friday, October 30, 2015 from 4-8 PM. The funeral procession will form from the funeral home on Saturday at 9:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Church. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
