Michael Tobin

Michael Tobin, 69, of Saugerties, died Tuesday, February 2, 2015 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. Born in New York City, he was the son of the late John & Frances Tkaczyk Tobin. Michael enjoyed his stuffed cat Sunshine, shopping for candy bars and ice cream, as well as music. He listened to old show tunes from South Pacific, My Fair Lady and Fiddler on the Roof. He also enjoyed tea, coffee and socializing. Michael is survived by his many friends at the Arc of Ulster-Greene. In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by his sister, Patricia Oulton. Michael will be reposing at the Simpson-Gaus Funeral Home, 411 Albany Ave. on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home at 12:00 noon. Interment will take place in Montrepose Cemetery.
