Ruth Schellpeper

Ruth M. Schellpeper, 75, of Highland, formerly of Kingston, died Monday, June 8, 2015 at Hudson Valley Rehabilitation. Born in Tannersville, she was a daughter of the late Sanford & Hannah Teetsel Garrison. Ruth enjoyed ceramics, yard sales, bingo, penny socials and her cat Frisky. Ruth is survived by her friends, Dinah Evans, Lucretia Cook and Dona Becker. In addition to her parents, Ruth was predeceased by her first husband, James J. Cosgrove, her second husband, Robert Schellpeper, her son, James S. Cosgrove, two brothers, Harold Garrison and Sanford Garrison. Funeral Service and Interment will be privately held.
